Blonde Me Up Baby

Customized blonding for the whole head. That can include highlights, balayage, babylights, foilyage, etc. For guests who need a full blonde refresh for the whole head and are looking for as much blonde as possible. Price is a starting point due to the amount of time needed/product needed being determined by guests' starting point and end goal. Includes custom formulated gloss and finish of guests' choice.
